Does the Voyant download include any spyware or third-party software?
No, Voyant does not include any spyware or third-party software. Voyant is certified by the TRUSTe Trusted Download Program. TRUSTe certifies that Voyant software neither serves advertising outside of its own interface (e.g. as pop-ups), nor collects a user's behavior in another application to transfer to a third party.
Voyant is also certified by Hackersafe, a company that tests and certifies daily to pass the HACKER SAFE Security Scan. To help address concerns about hacker access to confidential data, the "live" HACKER SAFE mark appears only when a web site meets the HACKER SAFE standard. Research indicates sites remotely scanned for known vulnerabilities on a daily basis, such as those earning HACKER SAFE certification, can prevent over 99% of hacker crime.

I receive an application error when attempting to launch Voyant.
What can be done to resolve this error?
Some users have reported an application error after having received Voyant software updates. These errors are likely being caused by a known bug in the latest release of Sun's Java Runtime Environment (JRE) - an underlying technology used by Voyant. Only Windows computers running the latest 1.6.0_13 release of the JRE should be affected.
